BALLARDS BREWERY
The Brewery produces 1,500 gallons of beer each week using malted barley milled on the premises, English hops, yeast and water. No sugars, colourings or additives are used except isinglass finings which settle the yeast sediment after brewing. The first pint of Ballard's was brewed in 1980 in the old cow house on our Sussex farm. The Brewery is managed by Carola Brown, and in 1988 the Brewery moved to new premises at the Old Sawmill in Nyewood.
How to find us
The Brewery is located in Nyewood, a village 1.5 miles south of Rogate. Travel along the A272 and upon reaching the crossroads in Rogate turn right at the church if travelling from Petersfield/west, or left at the church if travelling from Midhurst/east. The second entrance to the industrial estate is located on your left, about 50 metres after the Nyewood Village sign.
